The difference between ROBOAdvice and our KiwiSaver Adviser Tool is what happens once a client completes their fact find.

For the KiwiSaver Adviser Tool, the next steps are for an adviser to evaluate the fact find and recommend a provider, before generating a Statement of Advice and issuing an authority to proceed.

For ROBOAdvice, all these steps are automatically undertaken by ROBOAdvice.

Yes, you can easily monitor the advice ROBOAdvice gives by logging into your OMNIMax system. There you will see all the clients ROBOAdvice has given advice to. You can then click on each client to see their details as well as the Statement of Advice that was sent to them.
Yes, we can setup your ROBOAdvice solution to pause after it generates your client’s Statement of Advice. You can then check the advice generated and if you agree with it, manually trigger the Authority to Proceed to be sent to your client.
When we setup ROBOAdvice for you, we select your preferred KiwiSaver providers so ROBOAdvice can only recommend KiwiSaver funds from these providers. From there, ROBOAdvice uses an algorithm which utilises information you have provided to decide which provider and fund to recommend. The algorithm takes into account information such as your client’s risk profile, provider preferences, age, and retirement goals, and matches this information to the provider and fund that best suits.
Once you’ve decided to proceed, our Sales Team will confirm your needs and send you a Service Provision Agreement (SPA) via Adobe Sign to sign. Your SPA lists, among other things, the products and services we are providing you, the cost of these and which Support plan you have chosen.

Once your SPA is signed and returned, our Team will contact you to gather your logo, brand colours and any other brand assets you want to be used in your ROBOAdvice solution. Our Development Team will then create your ROBOAdvice solution.

Once your ROBOAdvice solution is completed, our Team will notify you that it’s ready to use and offer you training. During the first 30 days, we help you through the process and clarify any questions you may have. After 30 days, you’ll move on to the Support plan nominated in your SPA, and our Support Team will help you with any Support-related issues.

Yes, all our ROBOAdvice clients are automatically put onto our Basic (free) support plan which provides two support hours each quarter. This plan also provides access to our Support & Knowledge Portal where you can log support tickets if you have any queries or concerns.

For our larger clients or those needing a higher level of support, we also have our Plus and Premium Support plans, for a monthly fee. You can find more information about our Support plans here
